Current Ph.D. Student
BioJung Hyun Lee is a second year doctoral student in the Department of Management at GWSB. She earned her M.A. in Psychology with a thesis on the effects of role strain and social support at work on psychological well-being of married and employed women at Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. The master work motivated her to work in the field of Human Resources Management after the graduate study and she was able to get involved in various critical projects in mainly organizational culture. She would like to be a good researcher who explores how the relationship between individuals and an organization is formed and evolves over time.
