About |

Stephanie Hutson |
I am a sophomore in the Elliott School of International Affairs working toward a B.A. in International Affairs with a double concentration in International Politics and European Studies. I am very much interested in the European Union and its future and also in Eastern Europe and its political and economic development. History, especially European history, has always been a love of mine, along with reading. As of now, I am applying to study abroad at King's College, University of London for this upcoming fall semester. In addition to the fabulous educational opportunities, I am also looking forward to taking advantage of the relatively easy and cheap travel options on the European continent. I feel that this would greatly add to my international experience, especially due to the fact that I am originally from Georgetown, Guyana, a small and almost unheard of country in northern South America that has contributed to my multi-ethnic background (Portuguese, Indian, Dutch, English, Scottish, Black, American Indian, Pakistani, and a little bit Italian). Other than this, I am a pretty simple person who hopes to achieve something meaningful. |

I’m a junior concentrating in International Business. As I am originally from Los Angeles, I am a great fan of any activity that takes me outside, especially sailing. Since freshman year I have been a member of GW’s Rugby team and am also a member of Delta Sigma Pi, the International Business Fraternity.

I was born and raised in the United States and have a Vietnamese background. I am a second year undergraduate student in the School of Engineering and Applied Science with a major in Applied Science and Technology. I am looking into the pre-Medicine option with the hope to one day be a pediatrician or possibly a family doctor/general practitioner. I love science, working in labs, learning about human anatomy/physiology so I might minor in biology. I enjoy watching the Discovery Health Channel and hospital related shows such as Grey’s Anatomy. |
